A quick light Chicken Alfredo Pizza

One of the foods I have been missing since taking on my anti-gallbladder attack diet is pizza. one particular pizza is Papa Murphy’s Bacon Chicken Alfredo, so I decided to try to make a light version. I used a light Alfredo sauce, Chicken, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, low fat cheese, parmesan cheese, and 100% whole wheat tortilla for the crust.

1 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla
4 ounces of grilled chicken breast
handful of baby spinach
3 ounces of sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup of lite Alfredo sauce
1/3 cup Low Fat Mozzarella
A dash of parmesan cheese

Take foil and place on a cookie sheet. Spray oil on the foil to prevent tortilla from sticking. Spread the Alfredo sauce on the tortilla and then arrange the cut up chicken, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, the low fat cheese, and the parmesan cheese on the tortilla. Place in the preheated 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. BOOM! A 373 calorie delight!
