The other day I had a chiropractor appointment in a neighboring town, Tulsa. Usually when my wife and I make a trip to Tulsa we like to go out to eat somewhere and one my new favorite places is Yokozuna for Sushi. It may not be the healthiest choice for going out to eat but I told myself on the get fit and healthy journey that I would not deprive myself of a few goodies every now and then.
So, what do you think? Is it ok to treat yourself to stuff like this everyone now and then?
