I was able to eat food today! I made some Buckwheat flour pancakes. They were ok tasting, they were the texture of pancakes but a very wheat taste.
For lunch I had some of the Miso soup. I will admit, the miso soup as was not good. I do not think I followed the recipe very well and had too much onion. I eat the vegetables that was in the soup but then drank my fruit smoothie. I ate 2 pears and a banana as snacks.
For dinner I had some organic brown rice and some sautéed vegetables.
